I just wanted to say how unbelievably helpful NR Awnings was when my Dad passed away unexpectedly just 2 weeks after buying an awning (among other things!) from you - NR accepted the items back and offered a refund and it was so stress-free - not something that occurs that often these days when trying to return goods, particularly when there was nothing wrong with the product.

THANK YOU - for a high quality product

Unfashionable as it is nowadays to write letters (emails) of thanks I felt I really must put finger to keyboard in praise of your product. I bought a Sterling awning from you back in 2004 for my 11ft Lunar Meteorite Caravan and have just returned from another 20 night holiday. Since purchase, the awning has been used for a total of 164 nights – 142 of which have been spent on a coastal farm in North Cornwall with winds ranging from calm to 40mph.

It’s been subjected not only to high winds but also torrential rain and, occasionally, temperatures of 30^oC.
It’s never leaked or shown any sign of blowing away.
It’s easy to erect & dismantle – providing the wind isn’t too strong.
It fits easily into the storage bag.
All the zips still perform well & It still has all the original elastic peg hooks, pegs, guy ropes, curtains, steel poles, etc.
At 7 years old it still looks and performs like new.

Thanks for a high quality, British product – which I’m sure will outlive my 23 year old caravan.

I just wanted to let you know that having ordered a Pullman awning from Somerset Caravans on Wednesday it arrived yesterday. That is 24hrs from order via dealer to my door. Amazing. I am so impressed with the quality of your service  I felt it right and proper to e-mail a big thank you. I also checked the contents last night, erected and labelled the frame and everything that should be there appears to be so. It’s is so refreshing to deal with a company that delivers in every sense of the word. I look forward to using the awning for the first time soon.
