Shipping And Handling

Orders are shipped via DPD couriers. Delivery is £12.50 per unit to the UK (ie one awning is £12.50, an awning and annexe is £25)

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 4 business days . Deliver to Islands and Highlands are more please ring for price.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Returns

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. In the case of a defective item it will be inspected upon return and once approved as defective by NR Staff return costs will be credited up to the value of £12.50.
Non-defective returns may, at NR Awnings sole discretion, be accepted for return. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
